Imran Ansari visits Hawal fire victims

Minister for Information Technology, Technical Education and Youth Services & Sports, Imran Raza Ansari today visited the victims of the devastating fire at Sheikh Mohalla, Sangeen Darwaza, Hawal and expressed his heartfelt solidarity with them.

He assured the affected families that he would ensure that they get adequate compensation enabling them to recuperate from this tragedy.

For immediate compensation to the affected families, the minister directed divisional commissioner Kashmir to ensure speedy relief and rehabilitation to the victim families.

Ansari also directed the concerned Tehsildar to complete the assessment immediately so that Rs 1, 40,000 cash compensation will be distributed to the affected families within three days.

The minister assured to discuss options for providing restructure the housing loans with chairman J&K Bank limited to fire victims of the Sheikh Mohalla, Sangeen Darwaza, Hawal.

On the occasion, MLA Zadibal Aabid Hussain Ansari provided Rs 65,000 among some fire victims of Sheikh Mohalla, Sangeen Darwaza, and Hawal.
