After seeing his side register another home win against resurgent Aizawl FC, Scottish coach of Real Kashmir David Robertson was impressed with the way his team played.

“It is always good to see when things work the way you want them to be. We have been making some changes and to see them work impresses everyone. The new striker Abednego Kofi Teteh gelled in with Krezo and rest of the team played very well in his first match and one can see the difference he has made already,” he said.

About the Real Kashmir defending ability in league so far and registering another clean sheet, he said, “I said it yesterday that we have best defense record so far in the league. I was really impressed to see my players defending well in last 15 to 20 minutes of the game despite being under tremendous pressure from Aizawl FC. To see your team defending so well and going to register another clean sheet is what a coach wants. It is going to help us when we will be starting away journey in league”.

Further, Robertson said that Real Kashmir FC is a team in which everyone wants to play and do well for the team.

“We are new in the League and the excitement in entire team is different. There is not a single player in team who doesn’t want to go in the middle and play for the team. There is lot of healthy competition inside the team for the place. Everyone is working hard and pushing their limits. Previously results were not going our way despite playing well. But now that has changed as results have gone our way,” he added.
