Bollywood singer Lucky Ali today enthralled the audience at a musical concert organised by the Indian Army on the banks of the serene Dal Lake in Srinagar.

Ali, who became a singing sensation in the late 90s, sang his popular songs 'Aa Bhi Jaa', Aey Subah' and 'Jaaney Kya Dhoondta Hai Yeh Mera Dil', at the concert.

The Dal Lake, the second largest in the state, is integral to tourism and is named the "Jewel in the crown of Kashmir". It is popular as a visitor attraction and a summer resort.

The concert was organised by the Indian Army on the lawns of Sher-e-Kashmir International Convention Centre here as part the 'Srinagar Youth Festival-2017'.

Ali is the second Bollywood singer to perform an open air concert in Kashmir in recent times, after Adnan Sami, who performed in Srinagar on October 7. Sami's concert was organised as part of activities to promote tourism in the state.

Governor N N Vohra was the chief guest at the concert today.
