Hizb pays tributes to slain militants

Paying rich tributes to three militants killed in two separate gunfights, militant outfit Hizbul Mujhadeen Tuesday said that the “ongoing struggle will continue till it is taken to its logical conclusion.”

Ashiq Ahmed Bhat and Toib Majid belonging to Hizbul Mujhadeen were killed in Zachildara gunfight while another militant Showkat Ahmed Dar of Lashkar-e-Taiba was slain in Nowbug Kund gunfight in south Kashmir.

Hizb operational spokesperson, Burhanuddin told local news agency CNS over phone that these militants laid down their lives for the glory of Islam and freedom. “Syed Salahuddin is all praise for these budding Kashmiri youth and has said that the sun of freedom will rise sooner or later in Kashmir,” Burhanuddin said.

Quoting Syed Salahuddin as having said that “the LeT militant Showkat Ahmed Dar was an asset as well and the sacrifices made by all these three militants will not go waste.”

He said beside Saifullah Khalid and Mehmood Ghaznavi also paid tributes to these valiant militant. (CNS)
