Top army commander on Wednesday congratulated Kashmir Super 50 batch for an outstanding performance in the IIT, JEE entrance exam. 

During the interaction with the students General Officer Commanding (GOC) Dagger Division Major General Gulab Singh Rawat felicitated the students of the batch as well as a token of appreciation was presented to the administrative staff of CSRL, an army spokesman said. 

He said members from civil society Prof M Shah, Kashmir University, along with Mehraj K  Malik, Youth leader also attended the event and congratulated the students.

“With continued interaction, and encouragement from Indian Army and CSRL, the students have worked hard for past one year to achieve success in engineering entrance exams. These students of Kashmir Super 30 are showing the path of brighter future through hard work to the youth of valley,” the spokesman quoted GOC as having said. 

He said a group of 30 boys and 2 girls who qualified JEE (mains) have moved to New Delhi along with the project officer to interact with the Chief of Army Staff on 12 June 2018.
