SSM College holds workshop

A two days national seminar “Innovation and Entrepreneurship/Manufacturing in Kashmir” organised by SSM College of Engineering & Technology concluded today. 

The speakers at the occasion were ProfAbidHaleem, University of JamiaMilliaIslamia, New Delhi; Prof GM Bhat, University of Kashmir; Prof MA Shah and SaadParvez of NIT Srinagar; and Arif Ahmad Khan, Project Manager, JKEDI, a statement issued by the college said. The faculty members and the students from different universities participated in the event. Prof M Mustafa in charge principal delivered inaugural speech and talked about the relevance and significance of the topic ‘Innovation and Entrepreneurship/ Manufacturing in Kashmir” with reference to the J&K State and in particular to Kashmir. “The distinguished speakers enlightened the participants by giving a description of innovative approach towards entrepreneurship activities with all risks and gains especially with reference to the modern technology,” the statement reads.
