Clerical staff observes pen down strike

On the first day of the three day strike call given by coordination committee Jammu Kashmir & Ladakh, the clerical staff across the state on Monday observed pen down strike and hold protest in support of their demands.

In Jammu teams led by Babu Hussain Malik, Ravi Singh Bhau , Bharat Bushan, Anil Mehta, Sukhbir Singh, Gurmeet Singh, Ashok Singh, Yash Paul Sharma, Bharat Bushan Kotwal, Meenakshi Shama, Ravi Kumar, Mohd Saleem, Mohd Latief, Onkar Verma, Arun Shama, Ansuya Gupta, Umar Jan, Sewa Ram Rathore, Kuldeep Kotwal, Farida Bano, Yash Sharma, Kirpal Singh, Vikas Chander, Mukhtiyar Singh, Gurjeet Singh, Kirpal Singh, Mohd Sadiq, Naresh Sharma, Om parkash, Sandeep Singh, Shamsher Singh, Darshan Angurana, Sham Lal, Ali Mohammad ,Uday Singh Pathania, Vijay Kumar, Mangal Singh and others hold protest demonstrations at various Offices located in Jammu. 

They  appealed the State Govt to issue  orders for removal of pay anomalies( 5th Pay Commission) while granting the pay scale of Rs 4000-6000 to Junior Assistant, Rs 4500-7000 to Senior Assistant, and Rs 5500-9000 to Head Assistant.  

While addressing the Clerical cadre at Panamka Chowk, Babu Hussain Malik, Ravi Singh Bahu condemned the anti employees and workers policies of the State Government for not implementation of agreements/commitments carried out with Jammu Kashmir Ladakh  All  

Departments Clerical Staff Association and non implementation of the directions of the High Court of J&K . They added that instead of issuing orders, the State Government authorities, had delayed the things.

 The Jammu Kashmir Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association asked all members to assemble in exhibition Ground/Press Club Jammu on April 24 for Secretariat Ghereao Programme.
